i have tried to stream runescape again but every time i do its blurry and the quality decreases i have tried increasing buffer size and bit rate still the same fps up and down from 25-60 still no change im at a loss what to do with this one. fps stays stable in game and during normal recording tests

dont use custom buffer sizes
should be same as max bitrate
your using the exact same cpu as me

i use 3300 but with 30 fps and i assume your trying to do 60 with the even log
id try upping the bitrate to about 4k to 5k
but i really would suggest dropping to 30fps
also id try changing the cores it runs off
ive found with the fx8350 to use cores 7 6 and 5
then set teh game to 0 1 2 3 4 5 , it will share a core but even with csgo high cpu intensive game it does fine

how i would i go about changing the cores it runs off exactly? i thought trying to run java on more than one core was ridiculous

also i thought upping it to anything over 3.5k was too much for twitch anyways?

Update it still looks harder to see but less blur

open task manager get admin rights if not got them
goto the processes tab
right click set affinity

id also pay very close attention to your temps to make sure your cpu isnt throttling itself , but youd see a massive hit on fps and MC isnt really stong nuf to do that

The game has a tiny interface and a lot of movement if you turn the camera. I randomly checked two of your past broadcasts and they look pretty ok for the settings you tested in your log files. For streaming we have to make some sacrifices in quality to keep the bitrate at a sane level for our viewers.
For 720p stream output, stay at 30fps, bitrate maybe 2500 (max 3500 if you really really have to) and try to improve the compression. Test the faster and fast preset, maybe your CPU can keep up.
You can also tweak the game, play at 720p, increase the interface size, zoom in with the camera a bit, etc. etc.
