Question / Help Blurred Picture While Streaming

I'm trying to stream WoW and on the viewer end the stream is coming out all blurry. I have the recommended setting for streaming JTV/Twitch. I'm using a fairly high end computer with a 100 mbps download and 5 mpbs upload. Is there anything I can do to the settings in obs to improve this?

You're streaming at 1050p with a bit rate of only 1000kbps, so yeah, it's going to look bad. You'll need to downscale by at least 2x, or increase your bit rate to make it start looking better.
