So after trying alot of things out, and not getting any particular good results, I decided to come get some help over here :p

I will mostly stream Wow. I think I don't have enough upload for 720p, but I guess I could get something really nice in 540p.

If medium with that resolution/bitrate isn't giving you desired results, you may consider downscaling further.

What do you mean by downscaling further ? Less bitrates ? Lower resolution ?

Forgot to mention, I can go up too 700 bitrates.

Less resolution. There's only so many miracles you can work by lowering the preset. Bitrate is still a huge limiting factor when it comes to quality, especially a game like WoW where the full scene is moving a lot.
