Blur filters no longer available? (OBS 28.0.0)

Hi guys,

can it be that in the latest version it is no longer possible to put a blur on an image or video source?
I only find sharpening but no blurring filter in the filter menu :)

Was this not yet built into the current version or do I need a plugin for it?

System Info if necessary:
OBS Version: 28.0.0 64bit
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64bit
CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K
RAM: Kinston HyperX 4x 16GB
GPU: NVidia GeForce RTX 2080 Super 8GB

It was never built in. You have used StreamFX before, so you should continue this.

In this case I have to apologize, I could have sworn that the blur effect was built in by default :)
You are right, I had StreamFX installed before... oh how embarrassing!

Am I wrong? Is there not a version of StreamFX for OBS v28.2? If there is, I have not found one and the one for v27.* does not work.
