Question / Help Blue Snowball Microphone not working with OBS

I just bought a new blue snowball microphone for streaming and recording, but so far I've been unable to get obs to pick up the sound from the mic. I have a headset mic that seems to work fine, I just don't like the quality which is why I bought the snowball. I don't change any settings between the 2 microphones, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

Anybody know?

Did you made your snowball mic default comm. device in windows sound settings(recording), or, in obs settings audio did you selected it (mic/aux)?
If so, can you provide an obs log ? (go to obs Help menu -> Log Files -> Upload last log file -----> put the resulting link here)
