Question / Help Blue Screen Of Death When "Start Streaming"

Minutes after I hit the "start streaming" button on OBS studio I will get a blue screen with the error code 0x0000003B or SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.

Ive talked to multiple people, including Microsoft 3x already and all the troubleshooting and work arounds have gotten me nowhere.

System Specs.
i7-6700k
GTX 1070
16GB (8GBx2) DDR4/2400MHz Dual Channel Memory
1000w PSU
Liquid Cooled.
256gb SSD
1TB HDD

I have the same System Specs like you but i got bluescreen after 1+ hours streaming .
