Hi there! I have just recorded my stream - http://ru.twitch.tv/radiotortfm/b/364180719

As you can see, when im moving around, screen is blooring or smth... I have 2500 bitrate and 1920x1200 resolution.

Isn't bitrate very low?

2500 bitrate is not enough for 1200p 60 FPS, you need 4000 - 4500.
