Question / Help Blocking streaming

Hi,

I would like configure OBS in a way that screen recording is possible and streaming is blocked.

What ports/protocols need to be blocked to achieve that?
I think I would also need to figure out what target ip addresses needs to be blocked.
What would be a good source to find out the streaming services ip addresses?

Or are there any other ways to block streaming on OBS?

Create a firewall rule that prevents obs32.exe and obs64.exe from making outgoing TCP connections on RTMP and RTMPS ports.
 
Updates run over HTTPS on port 443. Be aware that Facebook also uses this port for their RTMPS endpoint.
