When I start the transmission if I lower the window, obs stops broadcasting
There is a solution to this ??

No stream or record attempts there. Try getting a clean log file.

To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

From the log, looks like everything went fine. How often are you disconnected? It's likely an issue with your connection or the service you are streaming to.

The application works fine when I lower the window of the program obs does not capture video from VLC

Are you saying that you're capturing a window, and then you minimise that window, and then OBS doesn't capture the contents any more?

When windows are minimised they don't get updated, there's nothing for OBS to capture. Don't minimise the window.
