Question / Help Blinking Screen, Help Please

I've recently attempted to try and stream with Twitch.tv I upgraded my internet connection to 50dl/5ul and have a decent comp/vid card. I have no idea what is wrong and would appreciate any help that i can get. Here's a log form a recent attempt at broadcasting.

Stop using monitor capture with full screen games. Stop using monitor capture at all if you can help it, it's the worst capture method in Windows 7. Use game capture for full screen games, and game capture or window capture (with Aero enabled) for windowed games.
