Blending sources

Hi,
I am looking for a way to blend video sources such as overlay/multiply/screen similar to Photoshop or Premiere, etc.
For example: to layer a video clip of film scratches on top of my camera feed to simulate old B&W film.

Is there a plugin or technique for this? I couldn't seem to find it.

Its already integrated in OBS. Select the Clip u want to edit; Filter; effect filter; Image Maske/Blend.
Their must be tutorials on YouTube for More Detail and explanation.

Thanks. I cant believe I hadn't noticed that before! Its a great tool, & will be very useful for some other ideas I have - but regarding my question above, it doesn't seem to be for video, just images.

It looks like the multiply option in that filter would create the right effect, but I need to apply this to a video layer not a still image.

Is there any way to add the "OVERLAY" blending mode, like in photoshop?
If you want to introduce a film grain effect, you'd need [overlay] mode.
