Blending Modes - Additive and Screen are the same?

Hi!

I'm very excited for the new update but quite dissapointed because Additive and Screen Blending Modes are working exactly the same.
I really need Screen Mode, because I have some videos with Black background that could be removed with Screen Mode (as in Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects). But it doesn't work like that. And this mode puts a transparency too, on things that I need with 100% opacity, so it ruins the result I need.

Is it the same for all of you? Additive and Screen Mode working the same way?
