I am looking to use OBS to record video tutorials for Blender.
Everything works fine, and I get an amazing framerate that I am unable to reproduce with any other video recording software... until I render something inside Blender.
If I begin rendering in Blender, the preview screen on OBS stops updating after a few seconds, freezing on a frame just as the render began. If I stop the recording, no matter how long after that it was actually recording, the recorded file ends just when I began rendering.
I don't know if this will help, but here: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/ffe015e5c867e4a3745a

- If I cancel the render, OBS does not resume recording.
- If I begin recording while Blender is rendering, the same thing happens.
- Clicking "Preview Stream" works fine, however, while rendering.
- This occurs with Aero disabled and enabled.
- This occurs in every screen recording mode.
- This occurs even if the Blender window is not in the recording.
