Question / Help Blank White screen Error

So I had this issue before and turned off hardware acceleration and it worked. But then I got the error again after opening OBS the next day.
Here is my log file, if anyone has a solution, I would greatly appreciate it.

You're trying to do a display capture on a laptop with integrated and discrete GPUs while OBS is running on the discrete GPU. OBS needs to run on the integrated GPU to perform a display capture.

I used window capture or at least I thought I did.

You have both in your scene.

If you're trying to window capture Chrome, turn off hardware acceleration in chrome.
