i am using the latest OBS with windows 10 (2004). i want to show "easyworship" window on obs. but when selecting the capture method "windows graphics capture (Windows 10 1903 and up), the screen does not show the easyworship window (blank). In the previous build windows, this does not happen. What should I do?

Post a logfile from a test recording session at least 30 seconds in length. We'll be able to troubleshoot the issue, but do need one.

Most commonly this happens if you are on a laptop; sometimes Windows Updates can change things like default GPU assignments... if OBS has been assigned to your low-power GPU, Window and Game Captures will not work. Here's a link on how to select the GPU:
(Again, this is a random guess... without the logfile, we can't actually troubleshoot properly.)

1. I have added a video recording to clarify, check it https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-UwLMX65LRr5CsthAsJWrxtdeLrB3KDy/view?usp=drivesdk
2. I have changed the graphics setting. Either power saving or high performance doesn't work,
3. btw, I only use 1 graphics card (intel hd 4400),
4. I,m currently using win 10 2004,
5. in other versions, Windows graphics capture works fine. not blank, and displays the window in realtime.

A video recording is NOT what we need. Again. We need a logfile.
