Question / Help Blank screen when pick a color. Can't solve for 2 days :((

Hi, guys!

I'm adding a chroma key to my webcam. Color type is green by default:

If I set a custom color, I see the blank screen:

Anyone can help with it, please? I try to solve for 2 days, but nothing :((

My video adapters are AMD and Inter: https://prnt.sc/r14q5o
I use Dell Laptop running on Windows 10 v. 1903.
