Hi
My son is having issues intermittant with recording minecraft tutorials. It is happening frequently but not every record.
The two main issues have been after recording he discovers audio has worked but either has a black screen showing or he has just had his first frame frozen and showing throughout the audio. I am not sure to where to start looking. I suspect performance of the computer as it is older, and not sure if just upgrading RAM will do it?
he did do a short test to see working ok before recording
videos are up to 20 mins max.

4 GB Ram
intel core i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10 GHZ
64 Bit
