Question / Help Blank preview window

I'm no expert but see you're using the slightly older version. I had this problem with an older version and all I had to do was right click on the window and select "view preview"

Thanks.... I think i found the issue... my Ip cameras were not staying active... so i could not see them in the multiview window... I installed VLC and that has an option to keep the cameras active...
