Blank media source

I have HikVision IP Camera and I broadcast live in
rtmp://video1.earthcam.com/myearthcam
using
OBS 27.2.4 installed to an UBUNTU 20.04.4 LTS PC using the following settings in OBS media source input field:
rtsp://USERNAME:PASSWORD@192.168.0.41/Streaming/Channels/101

Now if I pass the same settings in the following PC
Intel® Core™ i3-4130 CPU @ 3.40GHz × 4
Mesa Intel® HD Graphics 4400 (HSW GT2)
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
Gnome version 42.2
Windowing System X11

I simply get a black screen and no feed from the camera. Even at the properties I get the same.

This is a fresh installation of UBUNTU.

In the log file attached it says
MP: Failed to open media: 'rtsp://admin:password@192.168.0.41/Streaming/Channels/101'
but why on my other PCs connected on the same network it works fine.

please advice

What about

08:35:44.620: A DeckLink iterator could not be created. The DeckLink drivers may not be installed
08:35:44.620: No blackmagic support

I get a

also.

so there is no solution for it I guess.
I will probably have to install windows 7 basic in a virtual box and run OBS from there.
That issue linked was reported from Windows. So it is most likely not platform dependent.

Try the VLC source or the GStreamer plugin instead for RTSP streams in the meantime. Or downgrade OBS to lower version mentioned in the issue.

That's normal if you don't have the Decklick capture card drivers installed.
