Bug Report Blackscreen on webcam

Hey!

I'm using Toshiba Camileo as "webcam". Is working perfecty on Skype but when I add the "UVC 1.0 Device" (which is the camera) to a "Video Capture Device" is just black screen.

Any ideas why? :(

This is actually really strange because it doesn't actually report any problem, no warnings or errors -- very strange. Only thing I can suggest is make sure it's not already in use by other applications -- these issues can sometimes pop up when a person is using a capture device in multiple applications at once (though it would usually leave an error)
