I've used my BMIP card with OBS for a very long time now and all has been well until recently.
As you probably know, BMIP is incredibly fussy about having the correct settings manually set before it'll show anything - specifically the resolution.
The problem is that OBS now constantly resets the resolution to the default setting, which isn't what my consoles are using, so of course I get nothing but a black screen in OBS. The video format resets to "NTSC - 8" Bit when I need it to be "HD 720p 59.94"
Using the official BMIP software (Media Express) shows the video feed without issues. The problem is OBS resetting my settings every time.
I've tried many older versions of OBS and the most recent one too, none of them help. But what's weird is if I reboot the PC and then install OBS fresh, it works perfectly. Until I close OBS and launch it again. Then it's back to resetting the resolution every time..
