Blackmagic Intensity Pro does not show up in OBS 27.2.4

System: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
OBS: 27.2.4 (linux)
Blackmagic Desktop Video Setup: 12.3

Using the Blackmagic driver 12.3 with OBS 27.2.3 worked without issue. However, in my OBS installation, the stream pop up window as well as the "Browser" widget was not available. For this reason I upgraded to 27.2.4. Unfortunately, now it's the Blackmagic widget which is not selectable! I also tried the V4L2 Video Capture Device, but there is no available Device to select.

Please help!

It looks like the DeckLink libraries are not loaded properly:

A similar issue was noted here: https://github.com/flathub/com.obsproject.Studio/issues/16

But was resolved. Has this been broken again with the last version of OBS?

This problem does not happen with the PPA install of obs.
I reinstalled OBS from the Ubuntu Software app directly and again - No Blackmagic Support due to missing DeckLink drivers... Do you have a specific OBS install which works from your side?
