Blackmagic device, partial colorspace/range not scaled.

Hi!

I use OBS with decklink cards to capture the video from my ATEM videomixer through HD-SDI (which only outputs limited range). After using OBS this way for years I've recently realized that using the "blackmagic device" to capture the stream will show the stream in limted colors (e.g. 255 red will be 230 red) - and if I set the YUV color range of the encoding to limited - it will scale the colors down even further.

So, currently I've started to use the "video capture device" instead with the color range set to partial which makes the colors look a lot better, but I fear that it's not as efficient as using the Blackmagic API directly.

Is this a bug or per design and would it be very hard to add the feature of selecting limited/full colorspace in the blackmagic device settings? I do know that many users have the capturecard hocked up directly to a PC/Console where using the full-color range is prefered, so I suggest it to be a setting rather then something hardcoded in that case.
