Bug Report Blackmagic device audio issue

I have been using an Ultra Studio Mini Recorder (driver 11.4.1) with a Mac mini (2018) macOS Mojave 10.14.6 (18G3020), to broadcast 24/7 HD video from an SDI source, to YouTube with OBS (24.0.6).

Every couple of days (does not occur with extreme accuracy), audio input from the Blackmagic device will stop coming through, and the only way to re-initiate it, is to go to the Blackmagic device properties in OBS, and momentarily switch video connection SDI>HDMI>SDI. This seems to temporarily fix the issue for the following ~48hours.

Has anyone faced a similar issue?

I have similar issue, I used MacOS Catalina 10.15.7, OBS 26.0.2.

Before update to new version OBS 26.0.2. Audio and Video both are working well.

But now, it only showed video, but the audio is not working.

I can confirm to have experienced the same problem multiple times on the latest version of OBS. After a few days the audio of the Blackmagic device stops working, for now we switched to using a separate input device with delay correction.

Would be happy to help with a debug log or what is needed from the team to debug and fix this issue.
