Question / Help Blackmagic Design Intensity Shuttle (USB 3.0) Not Working in OBS

I bought the USB 3.0 Intensity Shuttle and I'm trying to figure out how to send the HDMI output on my Canon 5D Mark III to OBS for streaming. When I open up OBS while it's plugged in 2 different devices show up as sources in OBS: "Blackmagic WDM Capture" and "Decklink Video Capture" but neither of them get a signal when I preview. It's just a black screen. I'm using the latest drivers (Desktop Video 10.4.3) and I'm able to get a signal on Media Express without a problem. Anyone know what I need to do to get this working?

Thanks!

Well in order for you to use the HDMI out on the canon 5d you need Magic Lantern FW installed on the camera.
I actually do have Magic Lantern FW installed however I wasn't running it when I opened it in Media Express and it streams to the computer just fine out of HDMI through that. Just for the record, I tested this with the HDMI output on my XBOX One as well just to be sure and had the same results. Why do you think you need Magic Lantern for the HDMI to work on the 5D Mark III though?
