Question / Help Blackmagic Decklink SDI 4K Support?

We are using a Blackmagic ATEM 1 M/E Production Studio 4K video switcher with a Decklink SDI 4K capture card for our church services. We are using Livestream with their Producer capture program to stream our services but have not been able to solve a video/audio sync issue. The audio is behind the video about 1/2 second and there appears to be no option in Producer to adjust video or audio timing.

We would like to see if Open Broadcaster would solve the video/audio sync issue but I have not been able to get video into Open Broadcaster although it appears it is seeing audio. However, if I set it up to capture the computer monitor that seems to work. I thought I might be missing a plugin but a search didn't locate one. Blackmagic's list of third party capture software does not include Open Broadcaster but I believe it may be possible to get it to work.

Any help in getting Open Broadcaster to work with our Decklink SDI 4K capture card would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Provided the decklink driver is installed, it should just show up under add source / video capture device in OBS. It might only be available in 32 bit OBS depending on the driver.

Thanks for the response. We are running Windows 7 - 64 bit so I believe I must have installed the 64 bit version of OBS. Sunday I will check what version of OBS I installed. The Decklink driver does not show up under add source /video capture device in the version now installed. I will try both versions. Livestream Producer sees the Decklink card so I don't think there is a problem with the driver.
