Blackmagic card hasn't worked since 26.0.2

We have a Blackmagic DeckLink Quad HDMI PCIe capture card that hasn't worked on any of the new updates. I just installed version 27 today and all of my input sources show up as black screens. The last version of OBS to work with our card is 26.0.2. After every new update I revert back to this one.

Install new drivers from Blackmagic, for me last version not working correct, but working from last year.

I installed the latest driver from Blackmagic. It still did not work. I reverted back to 26.0.2 again.

Blackmagic Desktop Video 11.6 is the new minimum version required. Please update obs and update the blackmagic desktop video software

@Harold Just did a Windows update and I updated OBS to 27.0.1. Still does not work. Since updating Blackmagic driver, 26.0.2 no longer works either.

Supposed to start streaming in 30 minutes. Guess will be only audio today. I didn't realize 26.0.2 didn't work after the Blackmagic update. Oh well, life happens.

Did you reboot your computer after updating your blackmagic desktop video software?

Version 12.1 doesn't work for me either, but 11.6 works.

@Harold Yes. I did a lot of rebooting. Ended up downloading an old version of Desktop Video to get it to work for today, although I lost 2 of 4 inputs. I am installing 11.6 now.

I may contact Blackmagic again if I don't get my inputs back.

So for some reason today Windows popped up a window saying that the card needed to update. I cancelled it, re-installed version 12.1 and restarted the computer again. The pop-up window requesting a an update displayed again and I ran that driver update (though I thought I installed that with Desktop Video 12.1???). Restarted the computer and it is working with OBS 26.0.2 and Desktop Video 12.1. I will try updating OBS to the latest again and see what happens. I have no idea why it never popped up the driver update window any of the other times I installed the new Desktop Video.

Everything is working with the latest and greatest now. I forgot to mention that I went into the Windows Control Panel and deleted the Blackmagic Video and Audio devices. It was after they were removed that Windows recognized the updates.
