Question / Help Black Window Capture Screen

Hi, I'm posting this emergency message because I had encountered problems I've never faced before. Whenever I select Windows Capture or Monitor Capture, I would always get a black screen instead of the screen of interest I wanted to record.

Below are the specs I have on my laptop for references.

Model: HP Pavilion dv6
Processor: Intel Core i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz
Display: Intel HD Graphics Family / Radeon HD 6490M
RAM: 8GB

Hi. I had the same problem with a laptop Acer Aspire 7750g with switchable video cards (Intel HD 3000 and AMD HD7670M). After many tries i finally figured out and i made a video that shows you how to fix this problem.
