I am currently running windows 10 and an Ordro AC3 4k Ultra Video Camera. All my other software gives me video and sees my camera, but OBS does not give me video. The program recognizes the camera. It picks up the sound. All I get is a black screen for video though. I am new to the software. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the camera and the drivers and checked the windows privacy settings. I am running McAfee live for virus and firewall software. Any help would be appreciated!

Depending on your Windows version and what sources you wish to use, you may need to set OBS to run on a specific GPU. Not sure which Windows version you have? Press Windows+R and run "winver". For Windows 10 1909 or newer: Open Settings and search for "Graphics Settings". Select "Classic App"...
