black video screen using ATEM mini

Along with OBS, we use an ATEM mini for audio and video for live streaming for our church service, as well as Media Shout 7 as our software presenter. Lots of different component settings to deal with. One Sunday the video screen froze and then went black. I have been able to get video to show on it but it soon goes black. At first we would lose audio but I found if I would click off and on the custom audio setting, I would get audio back. Just wonder if windows is 'fighting' for control for the video as it seems to do for the audio. Could use some good suggestions as to why the OBS screen goes black and how to fix it. Running Windows 10 Pro, 21H1, 64 bit.although I'm trying to update to 21H2. We have NVidia GE Force, GTX 1050 for graphics as well as Intel HD Graphics 630 installed. Sorry if I've given too much or not enough info.

We use OBS along with an ATEM mini for audio and video for Facebook live streaming for our church service, as well as Media Shout 5.4 as our software presenter. Last Sunday the OBS had a black screen and therefore so did Facebook. . Had sound and captioning but no picture. HELP! Need fixed by coming Sunday.
