Black video: DRM?

Hello,

I'm no OBS expert, so it could be something obvious.

On a Windows 10 host, I used OBS with the default settings to record a DRM-protected streamed video.

For some reason, it recorded audio, but the video within the web page in Chrome is black. Is it due to DRM? Some other video setting?

Thank you.

Per this post, I tried Power Savings, and then High Performance, to no avail.

Note: It's a Lenovo desktop, not a laptop. It has an Intel HD Graphics 4400.

@Winfried It has nothing to do with power plans (savings vs. high perf) on your windows.

Which kind of capture method you used? Try a different method please. The main reason for black screen is that video players use overlay techniques in the graphics driver.

With default settings, I used "Window Capture" since it worked with other streams before. I then tried "Display Capture", same issue.

On another computer, running Windows 7 and an ATI AMD Radeon HD 6550D video chip, recording that same video with "Window Capture" works. Could it be due to the Intel HD Graphics 4400?

I also tried "Browser", but it prompts for a URL and I didn't know what to do.
