Question / Help black strips

Hello, I've got a problem with black strips/screen in my videos.

The video looks like this: http://i61.tinypic.com/103ivz6.jpg
My in-game resolution is 800x600 and my monitor resolution is 1920x1080 (the game is GTA SA:MP if it matters).
I've tried to set my downscale resolution to 800x600 but it didn't help, the only thing that changed was video quality (it got worse with that).

And I've got another problem as well, if I try to stream GTA SA:MP with 1920x1080 in-game resolution I see only a black screen. The same happens if I try to stream DOTA 2. Thanks for your help in advance.

The log is here: http://pastebin.com/5hGmjKKv

You have 3 options: If you're using game capture enable "Stretch image to screen", or, just scale the source by right clicking on it -> Position/Size -> Fit to screen, or, go to settings -> video and set base resolution to 800x600.

As for Dota2 (speaking from my own experience), you shouldn't have any problems with it using game capture. The only thing that might trick you is when you run dota2 in fullscreen, if dota2 is in background its graphics engine will stop rendering hence in obs you will see it as a black, if you switch back to the game, obs will capture it. You can have dota2 run in windowed fullscreen if you want to capture it while in background too. This thing applies to all games that are in fullscreen.
