Question / Help Black Stream, Preview Works Fine

I send my deepest apologies for being that one new guy that just asks the same question that a million other people have asked.

HOWEVER!

I legitimately believe that my problem is a special case! (watch it not be.)

My preview stream works perfectly like a charm, absolutely no problem.
But, when i stream the entire stream is black.
Streaming via Twitch for the record.

Anything I miss? (First post)
Lemme know I'll do anything I can to add it.

EDIT - I have tried both non-admin, admin, and 32 and 64-bit executables. it still refuses to output anything to the stream other then audio.

EDIT - I have done endless googling and following guides, walkthroughs, work arounds, and attempted all manners of tom-foolery to get it to work. It however chooses to be stubborn.

The only capture it says you're using in the log file is some sort of capture device or webcam called "USB Video Device".

Preview and streaming are also identical, except one sends out data, the other does not. It wouldn't stop working just because you're streaming instead of previewing.

Allllrighty! I'll upload a video to youtube of me previewing, and then streaming my desktop. It shows the black stream screen as well.

EDIT - Hahaha, I didn't know my mic was on! You can hear the great outdoors and me typing/clicking up a storm!

I see what you're saying, though I don't know what the problem is. Does the twitch vod play back as black or does it play back correctly? What about local recording?

Local recording worked just fine.
Twitch vod?
(Hopped on my phone, Insomnia sucks)

Save a twitch vod. Or have someone else view the stream to see if it works on their end. If local recording works then it's almost assuredly not a problem on the end of OBS. Not sure what it is though.

Try removing your x264 custom commands.
