Question / Help black screen

I tried everything in the pin post still didn't work? I don't understand please help I have a black screen when I try and game capture but nothing works.

So I would I get it so it does? Just open OBS setup everything and try then do the log files or???

But it wasn't succesfull, it just showed a black screen when I did f11 to go full screen mode. Is there anything else I could try? Maybe it's my resolution?
