Question / Help Black Screen

Well my screen is black. It doesn't record my screen, but it records my audio perfect.

You don't appear to have added any sources to your scene.

What does that mean

 

[SumDim]

A scene contains sources. You can have zero or more sources associated with a scene.
Sources are like images, webcams, text, etc. that layer on top of your scene.

If you got a blank black screen, its because you have not added any sources.
Next to the scene column is a sources column. Click on the "+" button to add a source type.
Try adding an Image and then choose logo or something off your hard disk.

The light bulb will come on after you do this.

So whenever I go to "Game Capture", the screen turns black again. But for display capture, it shows my screen but like 10 times.

Game Capture will show a black screen unless there is a game running which can be captured. Display capture shows everything on the display that's being captured. If OBS is on the display that's being captured, it will show OBS. And the preview, which will show OBS. And so on. This is entirely normal.
