Question / Help Black Screen

Hello Everyone,
I have had this problem since I upgraded to windows 10.
Basically there is a black screen when I preview or start a recording, as shown below.

I have looked on the Internet for about 2 hours and have not found anything.

I am also experiencing this same issue with the Display Capture. I found a fix here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O0dFm7ZNXZs for adjusting the settings in the Nvidia control panel but after I select the OBS application I only have the option to specify specific settings and do not have a drop down box to select the integrated graphics feature. If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated I don't know enough about how these settings will influence the Display Capture.
