Question / Help Black Screen

On OBS, I get black screens.
Now I've tried nearly everything, switching my graphics card, adding OBS onto my Nvidia, turning my computer on and off etc.

Monitor capture doesn't work well with switchable graphics. use game capture.

i have the same reason ive been on youtube checking how to do it it doesnt work for me can someone help me. for the game caopture when i do window or monitor it works but the game one doesnt i dont have an elagto

you need to post your own thread with a log file.

I just want to start off recording my desktop, not any games. Maybe later I will ask how to capture my games.

in the nvidia control panel set OBS to run on the intel card then in OBS, switch the GPU in the video tab of settings to the Intel. I will tell you the captured results wont be very good
