Yes, I know this has been posted multiple times, but I want to finally fix this issue.
My laptop specs are:
CPU: AMD A8-7410
GPU: AMD M330 (integrated)
RAM: 8GB
Driver: AMD Crimson ReLive 17.4.4 (please don't tell me to update because I can't the new driver makes my pc unstable)
I've noticed that uninstalling the driver and using the default Microsoft PnP driver fixes the issue but most games don't work with it.
My encoding is x264, nothing else. I don't want to do some "epic amazing high quality" streams, just some screen capture, maybe a text and audio of course, at either 420p or 720p at 30 fps. Please tell me what to do, it's been 3 years since I have this problem, tried everything in the top post but nothing changed.
