Black screen

1. You are running Windows 10 1803, which has not been supported by Microsoft since November 2019. Using Windows Update, update to Windows 10 2004 or 20H2/09 if available.

Depending on your Windows version and what sources you wish to use, you may need to set OBS to run on a specific GPU. Not sure which Windows version you have? Press Windows+R and run "winver". For Windows 10 1909 or newer: Open Settings and search for "Graphics Settings". Select "Classic App"...

Be aware that Display Capture is the last resort. Recommended you build your scenes with Game/Window/Video Device Capture etc.
3. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
4. I'm not sure if this is an issue but https://ark.intel.com/content/www/u...-z8350-processor-2m-cache-up-to-1-92-ghz.html does not show Quick Sync Video (QSV) support for your processor. Try x264.
