Question / Help Black Screen

Hi when ever I stream the people that like to join my stream on mobile cant see the stream all they see is a black screen but if u watch on computer they can see the stream and hear. do you know whats wrong?

You need to make sure that you're using the recommended settings in broadcast settings -- particularly, make sure that the "x264 encoder profile" is set to "main" in advanced. Make sure CFR is checked in advanced. Make sure that you're using CBR/etc, all the recommended twitch settings in broadcast settings (it will display red text if you still need to change your settings)
