Question / Help BLACK SCREEN

I can´t use obs is my pc because it only shows a black screen it has some threads saying stuff about amd or nVidia based laptops and gpu s but mine is na intel based pc my gpu is a intel uhd 600 please help (sorry for my terrible english i´m from Portugal)
