Black screen with USB 2.0 capture

Was working fine last time I used it and then when I went to record a VHS tape today.... nothing but audio. I used a few other programs and verified that the video is reaching them ok, but not OBS Studio.

This is blocking your video capture. You need to allow video capture/webcam within ESET.
