I’m starting to stream the footage on my ps4, I bought a RazerRipsaw HD and downloaded OBS 64 bit. But when I installed OBS all I had was a black screen, even after adding the capture card into source. I also made OBS as admin. Overall I get a black screen but with occasional flickering and glances of the footage on my ps4 about every 30-45 seconds.
