Question / Help Black Screen with Laptop (Many attempts, no success)

Hello, I have been trying to get this program working for some time now. I've read over several solutions to similar problems with laptops but none have worked for me. I have an AMD Radeon 7990m graphics card that I have assigned to the program via the "Catalyst Control Center". This was suggested as the primary solution, no? However, the problem persists. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure you assigned the correct obs.exe file to be run by the high-performance GPU? Remember that there is a 32bit version and a 64bit version.

I do know that some mobile Radeon seem to still have the problem even after setting the correct card.

Laptops with radeon adapters currently don't seem to work at all -- I tried to get one set up over teamviewer one time and literally nothing would work to get it to use the proper adapter. The only way you can really capture is using window capture with "compatibility mode" enabled in it, running your game(s) in borderless/windowed. It sucks, but I don't think there's anything else that can be done for them at this point in time. I think it all comes down to the drivers and AMD more than anything else.
