Black Screen with Assassin's Creed 3 (Original)

The game suddenly refuses to be captured in any capacity.
Game capture shows a black screen. It used to work with Display Capture, but now that too shows a black screen.
I've tried everything and I am officially at the end of my rope.
I'm running as Administrator and I changed OBS to use high performance.
It used to work, but I had to reinstall Windows 11 and now it doesn't. I'm using the same Nvidia drivers, so I don't think that's the problem.

SOLVED:
If using RivaTunerStatstic, you have to check "Use Microsoft Detours API hooking", as specified in the troubleshooting guide.
