Question / Help Black screen... Windows 8 Help appreciated!

Hello, i have been trying to stream however the black screen has been there almost forever.

I have already done as said in the post https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/laptop-black-screen-when-capturing-read-here-first.5965/

However there isnt any help, it is still black screen Can someone please help me? Thank you in advance

I'm not sure what is wrong but here is my speedtest thingy and my settings for encoding incase it has anything to do with the black screen or my settings being wrong.

OBS needs to be running on the GPU that's rendering whatever you're capturing. For monitor capture that's going to be the Intel integrated GPU, not your NVIDIA GPU.
