Before you say it, yes I read the sticky and it does not help what so ever for me. I am trying to use OBS on Windows 10 and just trying to capture a small region in a Google Chrome Window. When I do the sub-region, it does not show up. So when I googled this problem, everyone is saying "enable/disable Aero". I see that box but it is grayed out. First, someone please clarify what the hell Aero is so I can stop shooting myself in the foot here and second, how do I fix it? This is making me panic and it's absolutely ridiculous.

UPDATE: Aero IS enabled on my computer but I still am recieving black screens for window captures. Also added recent log.
