Question / Help Black screen while trying to Screen capture

So I recently installed OBS because since a recent big update on Windows 10, the native streaming modus provided by Nvidia no longer worked. Luckily I got familiarized a bit with OBS a long while ago so I went back to that.

Now I'm trying to set up a scene, I've ran into the problem that OBS doesn't see my game when trying to broadcast it either through Game capture or Screen capture. It does however see it through Monitor capture, however that shows EVERYTHING on my monitor (including task-bar and pop-ups), and I can't change the capture dimensions on it either.

I've made sure that all the drivers were up-to-date, that both OBS and the game were running on the same GPU and that the computer has had a restart in between using. I've ran out of options to try.

I've been trying to capture three things:

MTGO.exe (Magic the Gathering online), didn't work.
Chrome.exe, didn't work.

Surprisingly, the League of Legends launcher DOES work.

How can you disable acceleration on it? Maybe that might be the cause on the MTG Online client too.

As well, do you know how you can resize the capture dimensions via Screen/Monitor capture?
