Question / Help Black Screen while trying to record: Multiple methods tried but nothing works

Alright, so I've got that whole BS black screen problem.

Spent a good while of my night trying to fix it with the several amounts of fixes online. I've tried the turning off and on again, all the setting configurations. the only setting i haven't done is Multi Adapter Compatability but that's because I genuinely don't seem to have that option on my OBS. I looked into the graphics card I'm using (AMD A9 Laptop running a Radeon Graphics card) and all those fixes about power saving mode, but they haven't worked. I've tried that "run game and screen capture" multiple times but not even that works. Is there something I'm missing?Nothing out there seems to be working for me. Is there some sort of other fix I've somehow missed?

And what exactly are you trying to capture with game capture?
You can't capture ANY web browser with it. Only Direct3d or OpenGL games.

Window capture won't work on microsoft edge.

currently trying to capture a pokemon.exe file window with the game capture setting. One of the solutions was like "Display Capture" and that was supposed to record the whole screen, but no matter what recording type i use with whatever setting, I get nothing but a black screen. I can't even record the screen itself. The only thing I can see on my recording section is my mouse as long as record mouse is aproved
