Question / Help Black Screen while screen capture

Used to be able to record screen and record videos from the internet (windows 8.1), but after I upgraded recently to windows 10, OBS gives me a black screen always with screen capture.

I have (Intel HD Graphics 4600 & AMD Radeon HD 8750M) display drivers, would you please help me figure that problem out!

I don't have NIVIDIA display drive so can't follow the exact thread steps, also the compatibility thing is not working with me either!

Thank you, It worked by disabling the external GPU, will enable it back when done then :D !
